End of Summer and Wedding Spree

Hi everyone! We have almost completed our wedding circuit for this year! Took a quick road-trip to Seattle for Benj & Megan's wedding. Awesome band, lots of sweet dance moves! The next weekend we were off to Tahoe for Jeff & Marie's wedding...perfect weather, gorgeous location! Congrats to you all!

Other than that we're getting into the swing of things in Spokane...Beth is back in school...(Go Eagles!) and Brian is in the midst of his job hunt. Dudley is loving life in Spokane. He has a girlfriend named Bella (Danny & Alicia Pearson's dog) and a new frisbee. Hope you all are doing well. Enjoy the pics!

A whole new world...

Hi everyone. It has been way too long since our last posting. We hope you all are having a great summer! Even though we're not living in the 'icebox of the nation' we will keep our blog going. Here's a quick summary of the past few months:

First off, we got married on July 5! The day was perfect. Thank you to all of you that made the trip to Spokane! If you would like to see some pictures of the big day, go to:

Second, we took a fantastic honeymoon to Kauai. Our days were filled sun, swimming, snorkeling, and plain old relaxing.

And finally, we are now living in Spokane! We are gradually getting settled into our new home. We are enjoying our life in the 509. Dudley loves living so close to Manito Park.

We hope you are all doing well! Below are some pictures from our honeymoon and our new home.

Let the Great Melt begin!

Howdy folks. We are sad to report that our ski season has come to a close. We still have quite a bit of snow here, but it seems to be deflating rapidly. Dudley is experiencing mud and grass for the first time, and he really seems to enjoy eating mud.

We both have finished our employment at the ranch, and are enjoying some relaxing days. We are trying to burn off our wood pile before we head back to the Inland Empire. For those of you that don't know we will be moving to Spokane this summer as Beth is going back to school for speech pathology.

We will be leaving here in a few weeks, and are looking forward to seeing you all in Wyoming and Washington.

Check out our pics...more to come soon!

Family, Snow, & Wubba

Ciao everyone! February was a busy month for us here in the icebox...and for those of you watching the news, Fraser may have lost the "icebox of the nation" title due to some cold temps in Minnesota. It will always be the icebox to us though.

Beth's sister, Kelsey came to visit us after a huge snowstorm. It was so huge, that she ended up having to spend the night in Denver because the pass was closed for about 24 hours! Brian's family came to visit us about one week later, which brought more skiing and Rummikub tournaments.

Dudley keeps growing and growing. We weighed him about two weeks ago and he came in at 52 pounds. He has a new favorite toy called Wubba and he takes it with him everywhere.

Check out some pics from the past month:

Friends in High Places...

Hi everyone! We just had a fun weekend with some fellow Zags. Benj & Megan flew down from Seattle for the weekend. Chad & Jordan joined us later as well...good times with everyone! We all went skiing and it was very cold...about 10 degrees with lots of wind and blowing snow. Fortunately, we all brought some handwarmers to keep us warm. (Hot chocolate and beer works well too!). Everyone had a chance to play with Dudley and he enjoyed the company...especially the company of one Benj Burke. Thanks to all who visited...it was great to see you! Here are some pics from our chilly weekend...

Happy Holidays, lots of snow, & one big dog

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone! We hope you all had a great time with your family and friends! Beth's mom came in December to do some wedding dress shopping (they found the one!) and to spend time with her new granddog, Dudley. Brian's family came in waves from a few days before Christmas and left a few days after New Years. We had a great time with everyone. If any of you have the desire to play in lots of fluffy white stuff let us know...we would love to see you!
Here's a few snapshots from our holiday craziness:

Baby It's cold outside...

Howdy from the Icebox. Literally. We have had some pretty cold temps the past few weeks. Now anything that is above zero we consider a heat wave. We have about six inches of snow now, but we are expecting a lot more.

Dudley has continued to grow and grow. For the most part he is being a great puppy--although we did realize what happens when we don't secure his play area when we are away...he will chew on something of value...like Brian's sunglasses. He's becoming a pro at fetch and what we like to call the "bucking bronco": Jumping in the air while moving backwards.

Hope you all are doing well. Stay warm!

Yes. You read that right. 20 degrees below 0. Brrrr!

When given the choice of a bone or a shoe, Dudley will always choose the shoe.

Dudley!
